Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Personal information may be stored through Shopify's systems, databases and infrastructure as part of providing our online store.
Shopify also provides certain store features, checkout infrastructure, customer account functionality, privacy-related settings, and policy management tools for merchants. For more information about how Shopify handles personal information, please refer to Shopify's privacy and legal materials.

Because we use Shopify and other online service providers, some personal information may be stored, processed or accessed outside Australia, including in countries where Shopify or our other providers maintain operations, infrastructure or support services. The OAIC explains that APP privacy policies should state whether overseas disclosure is likely and, if practicable, identify likely countries or locations involved.
Where personal information is disclosed overseas, we take reasonable steps to work with reputable providers and to ensure personal information is handled in a manner consistent with applicable privacy law.
10. Security and storage
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. These steps may include secure hosting, restricted access controls, contractual protections, staff practices and the use of reputable platform and service providers.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to meet legal, accounting, reporting and dispute-resolution requirements.

You may request access to personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading.
To make a request, please contact us using the contact details set out at the end of this Privacy Policy. We may need to verify your identity before responding. In some circumstances, the law may permit or require us to refuse access, in whole or in part, and if so, we will explain our position where required.
