By the 1990s, IVO’s ongoing success and international growth, brought forth the opening of IVO Cutlery, a division of Ivo Cutelarias; with its office and warehouses based in Toronto, Canada. Owned by Fernando Ivo Peralta, Joao’s nephew, IVO Cutlery expanded the IVO brand into the North American markets.
